This company uses a discount shipper who delayed and then never delivered our package. Best the service dept could do was continue to send a form reply offering a discount on future items. Had to dispute the sale with credit card company. Awful experience
Ordered three pairs of shoes month ago. Never received despite tracking info which is useless. They keep complaining about their delivery service. Not my problem. Keep on blaming corona virus. VERY hard to reach by phone, bordering on impossible. Hmmmm. I wonder why? Because you people are THIEVES.

Beware people. I don't even recall signing up for their membership program but once they got you, they will keep charging you. Oh sure, you can cancel anytime but you can't get your money back once they've hit you with the renewal fee, even when you let them know right away. What a horrible brand experience over $5.40 they burned me up as a customer and I've been buying from them for years. That's the last $5 you will ever get from me Swim Outlet. I'll make sure everyone knows about it too. Enjoy that $5.40 Swim Outlet. It will cost you so much more in the long run.
I have had another great shopping experience. My product is due to arrive in few days after ordering. The swim shoes I'm confident will be like previous. Have lasted 3 years. Price was awesome.
Happy with the many different items this site has. The one thing that was disappointing is that the color of the fins was dependent on the size of the fin. There was no color choice in each size.
I had a terrible time finding light weight swim barbells it was very frustrating it took me three different times looking. My friend recommended your site to find them but I was unable to find them.
I recently purchased some swimsuits and a pair of goggles. They were all good prices. I think they are about the best site out there for swimming equipment and they recently have had a lot of sales. This is good but hate to not get the best price due to a sale that opens up a few days after purchase! Do not purchase the Finis Duo, in general, and not from SwimOutlet. The ones I received from them did not last after three years of excellent care. Finis I found to be overall quite unhelpful.

I have asked several times why my order hasn't moved from thier local drop off terminal in 10 days and the response is that there are delays. I was hoping to have new goggles for my daughter's high school swim meet now we have had 3 meets and still no product. I paid for the membership to get extras but haven't had any yet but poor customer service. Good products but just can't get them.
Always a great selection, always great prices, always great service! No reason to search for anything swimming, anywhere else.
I have been a customer of this vendor for quite awhile. They are usually my go to for swim gear. Other than the prolonged delays in receiving purchased items I have been generally satisfied. That all changed on my latest and last purchase. I’ve been wanting a pair of underwater headphones for my long distance swims. I’ve been saving for awhile. This week I went online to make the purchase. On their website I went to the electronics section. I chose MP3 players. It was my intention to purchase the FINNIS product. In full disclosure I made the purchase based on the photo of the product. I did not read the description. Upon receiving notice of the purchase I became aware that the product was not the MP3 player, but a tool coaches can use to communicate with their swimmers from the deck. I contacted the vendor to cancel the order. It was during this communication that I encountered the rudest most arrogant POS (Ben’s) that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Complete disregard for being a loyal customer. There was no interest for resolution. He only wanted to argue. I have the authority to chose with whom I want to establish and maintain a business relationship with. I chose a vendor who places some value on new and especially return customers. Apparently this vendor does not. Going forward I will not be using them again. I encourage you to do the same if you value customer service. Buyer Beware
I am shopping for a young teen and two differently shaped 10 year olds. It is a fantastic variety of gear. I find the different sizing for the different models of clothes very difficult to navigate. The prices and variety is outstanding.

There are a lot of new swimwear companies that are shipping direct from China, but I would be careful about the quality and shipping times from them.

It sucks. They don't give you a full refund. They deducted $12.00 from my $60.00 shorts. And then they had the odacity to charge me for the return shipping fees! Never again.
